Your Mess Turned Into A Message

Greetings to all, on this blessed Sunday, wherever we are at this moment and time in our lives, let us not give up, but give God everything. He wants to turn our life's pain, suffering, and mess into a message. Amen

To say that we won't have any difficult or painful times in 2021 will be not true. This pandemic has made death, which is already a bitter and sad event, become this unexpected, painful, and challenging struggle that many have come to know all too well.

We can pray that God takes away or stop any chances of us being affected by the tragedies of life, or we can trust Him to be with us through them.

2 Corinthians 12:7-10 (MSG)

7 Because of the extravagance of those revelations, and so I wouldn't get a big head, I was given the gift of a handicap to keep me in constant touch with my limitations. Satan's angel did his best to get me down; what he, in fact, did was push me to my knees. No danger then of walking around high and mighty!

8 At first, I didn't think of it as a gift and begged God to remove it. Three times I did that,

9 and then he told me, My grace is enough; it's all you need. My strength comes into its own in your weakness. Once I heard that I was glad to let it happen. I quit focusing on the handicap and began appreciating the gift. It was a case of Christ's strength moving in on my weakness.

10 Now I take limitations in stride, and with good cheer, these limitations that cut me down to size—abuse, accidents, opposition, bad breaks. I just let Christ take over! And so the weaker I get, the stronger I become.

Romans 8:35-38 (NLT2)

35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or hungry, or destitute, or in danger, or threatened with death?

36 (As the Scriptures say, "For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.")

37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.

38 And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love.

Lesson: As believers, we must understand that God's grace is sufficient and that our spiritual condition is, without exceptions, more important than our physical condition.

We don't know why God chooses to heal some and not others. What we know is that it's according to His divine purpose.

We are required to pray, to believe, and to trust God to turn our life's pain, suffering, and mess into a message.
