Greetings to all. As we begin this new week, let us hope in God's love and mercy as we work and pray.
While we place our security in our daily work and as bad as things can look and become, there is hope for the people of God. As we work and pray, our constant hope rests in the fact that we are under the loving and merciful eyes of the Lord.
Psalm 33:18–19 (GW)
18 The LORD's eyes are on those who fear him, on those who wait with hope for his mercy
19 to rescue their souls from death and keep them alive during a famine.
Lesson: As long as we have a reverential fear of the Lord, work, and pray, our constant hope rests in the fact that we are under His loving and merciful eyes. He loves us deeply.
