Greetings to all; this weekend, let us seek wisdom so we do not be misguided by what we see or have seen.
How we see and perceive what we see can and will determine our perception. For instance, those of us who grew up making wishes by blowing dandelions, now that we have grown up, instead of seeing them as wishes, we now see them as weeds. Those nostalgic sayings and expressions are often rooted in our childhood innocence.
Proverbs 1:2 (RSV)
2 That men may know wisdom and instruction, understand words of insight,
Lesson: Growing up, we come a long way from folly and simpleness. Reflecting on our childhood sayings, we uncover valuable insights that have shaped who we are today. Our perceptions come from what we know and experience.
