Wisdom For A New Day

Greetings to all, thank God for this blessed Tuesday. May He provide everything that each of us needs, and every step that we take today be ordered by Him. Amen

Now that we are two days into this new week, do you find yourself staying on course with the plans and commitments you made for this new week?

While making plans for the future is helpful and wise, we often fail to involve the Lord in our decision making and planning for each new day.

We serve a Good God who cares about us and the decisions that we make. We tend to pressure ourselves to achieve the goals and plans that we have devised in our hearts.

As God's children, we should remember that the only real commitment we need to make and keep for each day is to ask the Lord where he desires us to go and what he wants us to do.

Proverbs 16:9 (NLT2)

9 We can make our plans, but the LORD determines our steps.

Proverbs 16:3 (MSG)

3 Put GOD in charge of your work, then what you've planned will take place.

Lesson: Each of us has the free will to make choices in our lives.

We have the assurance of knowing that we're not perfect nor alone because, through the Holy Spirit, the Lord leads and guides us along the best way and direct our steps in the way we should go.
