Greetings to all, on this Tuesday, let us pray and trust God to reveal to each of us how we can best serve and honor Him with our life despite what's going on or what we may be waiting on. Amen
Regardless of who we are or what season of life we find ourselves in, we will experience the struggles of waiting on something or someone.
When we find ourselves waiting on God, Satan knows that many of us tend to worship only when we are being blessed, and the first thing he tries to do is get us not to praise and worship God.
Psalm 34:1 (TLB)
1. I will praise the Lord no matter what happens. I will constantly speak of His glories and grace.
Habakkuk 3:17-19 (MSG)
17 Though the cherry trees don't blossom and the strawberries don't ripen, Though the apples are worm-eaten and the wheat fields stunted, Though the sheep pens are sheepless and the cattle barns empty,
18 I'm singing joyful praise to GOD. I'm turning cartwheels of joy to my Savior, God.
19 Counting on GOD's Rule to prevail, I take heart and gain strength. I run like a deer. I feel like I'm king of the mountain!
Lesson: While it may be hard for us to know what it looks like to wait on God, there shall be no reason or season in our life that we should not give Him praise.
When nothing makes sense and waiting seems more than we can bear, we must continue to trust God and pray that He gives us the strength to take our eyes off the wait, whatever is going on, and look to Him.
