Greetings to all, on this Sunday, may God continue to enlighten our minds with His truth as we seek His help in walking in the truth. Amen
Whether it's in our homes, individual lives, church, or nationally, Satan desires to turn God's truth about us into a lie. We can choose to believe God's truth rather than Satan's lies.
John 8:43-45 (TLB)
43 Why can't you understand what I am saying? It is because you are prevented from doing so!
44 For you are the children of your father, the devil, and you love to do the evil things he does. He was a murderer from the beginning and a hater of truth—there is not an iota of truth in him. When he lies, it is perfectly normal, for he is the father of liars.
45 And so when I tell the truth, you just naturally don't believe it!
Truth changes facts, and there are times when we refuse to believe the truth and lose confidence in the sources that we once trusted. We find it hard to face the truth or accept the facts.
Romans 1:25 (TLB)
25 Instead of believing what they knew was the truth about God, they deliberately chose to believe lies. So they prayed to the things God made, but wouldn't obey the blessed God who made these things.
Lesson: As God's people, truth doesn't have to be a hard pill to swallow; we can trust God's truth. His truth tells us about all of us, including Satan. His words have been proven to be true and help us walk in the knowledge and truth.
