Tough Assignment

Writer's picture: NamieNamie

Greetings to all, as we close this week out, I trust that we all recognized and handled each of our assignments with dignity and strength.

Each day on our jobs or in our homes, many of us create to-do lists not to overlook specific tasks and things that we need to get done within a particular timeline.

Because we forget that being a Christian is a full-time job with hindrances, we often fail to show up for our spiritual assignments developed for each of us by God, called people.

Romans 14:1 (MSG)

1 Welcome with open arms, fellow believers who don't see things the way you do. And don't jump all over them every time they do or say something you don't agree with—even when it seems that they are strong on opinions but weak in the faith department. Remember, they have their own history to deal with. Treat them gently.

Lesson: Like any job that can be tough, so can our assignments. We must remember that we are equipped for tough assignments because Jesus has done the hard work.
