Greetings to all; as we begin this new week, let us strive to live Godly lives despite our clashes with others.
Not everyone knows how to live for God, nor is everyone striving to live for God. People of corrupt minds love the world, so those trying to live a Godly life should guard themselves. We are not alone on this journey to live Godly lives.
1 Timothy 6:4–6 (KJV)
4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, of which cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
6 But godliness with contentment is great gain.
Lesson: Instead of allowing differences to cause us to clash, we should encourage and lift each other. Our differences can cause our minds to stray from our genuine and pure devotion with arguments and disagreements, but we must remain in the good fight of faith.
