Spiritual GPS

Greetings to all, let us thank God for this new day and the beginning of this new week. May He guide our steps in the ways that we should go throughout this week.

No matter if we are beginning this new week stuck or feeling like we're in darkness and in need of direction, there is help when we trust what God's word says about being guided.

God is interested in every part of our life, physically and emotionally. Not just the spiritual part, He has promised to provide us with the Holy Spirit to lead, guide, and teach us when we submit every part of our life to Him.

The Holy Spirit is not only the spiritual GPS to our soul; He, the Holy Spirit, along with the word of God, will lead and guide us in the right direction in our daily lives.

The Spirit is the voice that warns us when we are heading down the wrong path, but it is up to us to hear Him and follow Him.

1 John 2:27 (TLB) 27 But you have received the Holy Spirit, and he lives within you, in your hearts, so that you don't need anyone to teach you what is right. For he teaches you all things, and he is the Truth, and no liar; and so, just as he has said, you must live in Christ, never to depart from him.

Psalm 32:8 (NCV)

8 The LORD says, "I will make you wise and show you where to go. I will guide you and watch over you.

Galatians 5:25 (NIV)

25 Since we live by the Spirit, let us keep in step with the Spirit.

Lesson: As born-again Christians, we live by the Truth of God's word and the Holy Spirit's power that lives in us.

Paul says that when we become saved, we should live like it, and we shouldn't let anything or anyone else determine our values and standards in any area of our life.

God desires to guide us with His love and wisdom and teach us the best way to live each day as mature children of God, equipped for any task.
