Slow Your Thoughts

Greetings to all; this weekend, let us slow down our thinking and enjoy who and where we are.

Because Satan desires us to be tired, stressed, and occupied, many of us can find ourselves overly exerted in our thoughts, anxious, and sometimes depressed. Because there is power in our thoughts, we can slow our thoughts down and replace our troubled thoughts with ones of peace by getting some rest.

Mark 6:31–32 (NIV)

31 Then, because so many people were coming and going that they did not even have a chance to eat, he said, "Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest."

32 So, they went by themselves in a boat to a solitary place.

Lesson: It would help us to practice going into silence and putting our minds at rest daily. We sometimes need to slow down and stop worrying about everything in life. This weekend, slow down and rest your mind. "In the slow расе of life, you experience the real beauty of life." - Bhavna Gautam.
