Sincere Apology

Greetings to all; as we begin this new week, let us ask God for the wisdom and strength to walk in His truth and make choices that glorify and honor Him.

We often fail to move forward because we do not know how to, or we do not let go of the guilt we carry or the offenses and wrongdoings done to us by others. We often feel that we are the ones who are owed an apology. While we cannot change the past, we can change or make a difference in our now.

1 Peter 4:8 (NCV)

8 Most importantly, love each other deeply because love will cause people to forgive each other for many sins.

"The first to apologize is the bravest, the first to forgive is the strongest, and the first to forget is the happiest!" ― unknown.

Lesson: Knowing the power of our words, saying I am sorry declares that we are sorry. Let us stop telling people we are sorry and be the first to apologize sincerely.
