Greetings to all; as we begin a new week, let us consider what Jesus would do before we react.
Whether flying off the handle or overacting, the results can be irreparable. We must put away the strong emotions that can make us act out and cause irreparable damage.
Luke 22:49–51 (NCV)
49 When those around him saw what was happening, they said, "Lord, should we strike them with our swords?"
50 And one of them struck the high priest's servant and cut off his right ear.
51 Jesus said, "Stop! No more of this." Then he touched the servant's ear and healed him.
Lesson: To have a calmer and more rational approach to our decision-making process. We must take the advice of Jesus and put away our swords. We can also avoid unnecessary and irreparable damages.
