Greetings to all; as we move through this week and life, let us be mindful of our behavior and speech.
Everyone is somebody. But we see those who do a lot of talking. They tend to brag about their abilities, what they have to offer, and even their faith. However, to be somebody, the thing that needs to be added is love.
1 Corinthians 13:1–3 (GW)
1 I may speak in the languages of humans and of angels. But I am a loud gong or a clashing cymbal if I don't have love.
2 I may have the gift to speak what God has revealed, and I may understand all mysteries and have all knowledge. I may even have enough faith to move mountains. But if I don't have love, I am nothing.
3 I may even give away all that I have and give up my body to be burned. But if I don't have love, none of these things will help me.
Lesson: As Christians, we must demonstrate love in our behavior and speech as evidence of a loving God.
