Greetings to all; this Tuesday, and in life, let us be sincere, authentic, and focused on respecting and trusting others.
It serves us well to be humble in spirit and not seek vain glory. That said, there is no need to showcase or try to impress God and others with our conceit, possessions, and prayers. Despite having ambition, we are nothing without God.
Philippians 2:3–5 (NLT)
3 Don't be selfish; do not try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves.
4 Do not look out only for your interests, but take an interest in others, too.
5 You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.
Lesson: Focusing on being true to ourselves and our beliefs is more important than impressing others. However, being sincere and authentic in our actions matters most in life.
