Greetings to all. As we end the week this Friday, let us evaluate the importance of trying to understand others.
In our daily lives, we should also avoid judging and criticizing others. Instead, we can offer to listen, provide constructive feedback, or choose to understand their perspective. Too often, when we criticize others, we judge them for the same flaws and faults we possess. This kind of judgment is called "the pot calling the kettle black."
Mark 7:14–15 (NKJV)
14 When He had called all the multitude to Himself, He said to them, "Hear Me, everyone, and understand:
15 Nothing that enters a man from outside can defile him, but the things that come out of him are the things that defile a man.
Lesson:Â The complexities of our journeys and experiences should help us understand and appreciate the different perspectives that each of us brings to the table.
