Greetings to all; on this "grateful" Thursday, let us not forget to plant what we desire to harvest or receive.
We can apply the law of sowing and reaping to daily living. We must work to sow something if we expect to reap a harvest.
1 Corinthians 9:9–10 (NCV)
9 It is written in the law of Moses: "When an ox is working in the grain, do not cover its mouth to keep it from eating." When God said this, was he thinking only about oxen? No.
10 He was talking about us. Yes, that Scripture was written for us because it says: "The one who plows and the one who works in the grain should hope to get some of the grain for their work."
Lesson: Planting may be a season of toil, pain, and troubles. While harvesting will be a time of gathering and enjoying. We plant, God multiplies, then we harvest. "We cannot sow and harvest in the same seasons." - Renee Fisher.
