Greetings to all, on this "grateful " Thursday, let us thank God for the power of prayer as our daily armor. Let us thank God for blessing and protecting each of us, our Loved ones, and our friends. Amen
Sometimes it may look and feel like our situations will never change or get better, but prayer is powerful, and we should never underestimate its power.
Prayer can change the unchangeable and has the ability to move the unmovable if it is within the will of God.
Isaiah 46:9-10 (HCSB)
9 Remember what happened long ago, for I am God, and there is no other;⌊I am⌋ God, and no one is like Me.
10 I declare the end from the beginning, and from long ago what is not yet done, saying: My plan will take place, and I will do all My will.
James 5:13-15 (GW)
13 If any of you are having trouble, pray. If you are happy, sing psalms.
14 If you are sick, call for the church leaders. Have them pray for you and anoint you with olive oil in the name of the Lord.
15 (Prayers offered in faith will save those who are sick, and the Lord will cure them.) If you have sinned, you will be forgiven.
Lesson: Although our prayers do not move God, we should keep faith in whatever we pray for because He never changes. He wants us to pray, and He lets us know that all things are possible with Him.
God hears our prayers and the prayers that have been prayed on our behalf by others, and although they can be hindered (Ref. Daniel 10:12-13), they have no expiration date.
