Nobody Is Somebody

Greetings to all; this Tuesday, as we move through the week, let us be mindful that God calls us out.

Sometimes, we can feel that we are the least of people in our group. But we must know because God's power and grace know no bounds; God can greatly use even the least influential person in great ways.

1 Corinthians 1:26–28 (GW)

26 Brothers and sisters, consider what you were when God called you to be Christian. Not many of you were wise from a human point of view. You were not in powerful positions or the upper social classes.

27 But God chose what the world considers nonsense to put wise people to shame. God chose what the world considers weak to put what is strong to shame.

28 God chose what the world considers ordinary and what it despises—what it considers to be nothing—to destroy what it considers to be something.

Lesson: No matter how small or insignificant we may feel. God sees potential in all of us to do great work.
