Greetings to all, as we end this week, I pray it has been a week of much love and blessing and that each of us has done everything to reach our greatest potential. Amen
We all desire to present our best selves, but we often tend to listen to the whispers of the accuser that causes us to have problems letting go of our past and how we have lived our life.
Because our ways may have not always been pleasing to others and, most of all, to God, we tend to be left with feelings of shame and quilt.
We get so caught up in the whispers of the accuser and our shortcomings that we forget that we serve a God who promises not to let us be put to shame.
Psalm 25:2 (AMP)
2 O my God, I trust, lean on, rely on, and am confident in You. Let me not be put to shame or [my hope in You] be disappointed; let not my enemies triumph over me.
Lesson: Despite our ups and downs, let us continue to have a desire to please God, knowing that we are free from condemnation and shame through Jesus Christ.
Enjoy this upcoming weekend; Satan, the accuser, is the only one working overtime to discredit us and keep us in shame.
