Love God Hate the World

Greetings to all; as we move through this week, may we continue to experience the gift of God to the world: His love.

While we did not choose this world to live in, to live in this world with truth and integrity, we must love the world enough to want to see it better. When living in and loving this world, we can have a conflicting relationship because scripture cautions us not to love the world.

1 John 2:15 (KJV 1900)

15 Love, not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

Lesson: Scriptural guidance on loving God and hating the world can be challenging. However, we should not let this deter us. While both emotions can inspire positive change, we must prioritize our love for God over our passion for the world, as this aligns with God's teachings.
