Knowing And Trusting God As Our Safe Place

Greetings to all, as we arise on this Monday, no matter what storms may come this week, let us put our trust in God each day. Amen

In our attempt at making the best of our life, and if we are to have hope, we are often told to look for the silver lining in painful or not-so-happy situations.

Most things in our lives are much more about our perspective than what they manifest. We can trust God in everything because He is in control of everything; the earth is His. He Triumphs over every situation in our lives. No matter what's ahead of us, God will continue to be faithful; He promises us to be with us.

Deuteronomy 20:4 (NKJV)

4 for the LORD your God is He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you.'

Psalm 9:9-10 (MSG)

9 GOD's a safe-house for the battered, a sanctuary during bad times.

10 The moment you arrive, you relax; you're never sorry you knocked.

Lesson: knowing and trusting God as our safe place from sunrise to sunset, no matter how bad things get for us, allows us to walk in peace and confidence. It also helps to know that most situations are like storms; they come, but they are temporary and don't always last.
