Greetings to all, as we journey through this new week, let us travel light, keeping it simple.
We are expected on this journey of life to live our lives in ways that make a difference in the lives of others. However, most days, our habits and the things we carry hinder or block us from doing what God wants us to do or going where He wants us to go.
Luke 9:2–3 (GNB)
2 Then he sent them out to preach the Kingdom of God and to heal the sick,
3 after saying to them, “Take nothing with you for the journey: no stick, no beggar’s bag, no food, no money, not even an extra shirt.
Lesson: To be effective for the kingdom of God this week, let us travel light, realizing the importance of keeping life simple by leaving behind all the physical, emotional, and spiritual things because they serve us no good.
