Greetings to all; on this "hump" day, Wednesday, let us stop looking around and keep our focus on Jesus.
In the storms we face or the dark places we find ourselves, we can overcome them if we do not let them distract us and make us lose focus of Jesus. By keeping our eyes on Him, we survive, come through, stand, and walk on top of the things we fear the most.
Matthew 14:28–30 (NLT)
28 Peter called, "Lord, if it's really you, tell me to come to you, walking on the water."
29 "Yes, come," Jesus said. So, Peter went over the side of the boat and walked on the water toward Jesus.
30 But when he saw the strong wind and the waves, he was terrified and began to sink. "Save me, Lord!" he shouted.
Lesson: Although we have found salvation, we can grapple with doubt. During our crisis of faith, we all need saving. Through Jesus, we find redemption and rise again.
