Greetings to all, on this "hump" day Wednesday, let us thank God for the strength that has helped us make it here. May He continue to energize each of us with our purpose and direction and heal us of anything that will separate us from Him. Amen
We're halfway through the week, and if you feel discouraged, hopeless, tired, or needing healing, Jesus is saying to each of us that whatever it is that we require to be made whole, He is willing!
Matthew 8:1-3 (GW)
1 When Jesus came down from the mountain, large crowds followed him.
2 A man with a serious skin disease came and bowed down in front of him. The man said to Jesus, "Sir, if you're willing, you can make me clean."
3 Jesus reached out, touched him, and said, "I'm willing. So be clean!" Immediately, his skin disease went away, and he was clean.
Mark 1:32-34a (NCV)
32 That evening, after the sun went down, the people brought to Jesus all who were sick and had demons in them.
33 The whole town gathered at the door.
34 Jesus healed many who had different kinds of sicknesses, and he forced many demons to leave people.
Lesson: Today, God is still healing and restoring sick bodies and tormented spirits; He desires, according to His will, to heal every place we're hurting.
Whatever it is that each of us is looking for today, God is More than able, and there is no limit to God's healing power!
The beauty of it is that His power is personal to each of us, and He says; I am willing!
