Greetings to all; despite the chaos we experience or may have faced, let us strive to control our thoughts and emotions.
We cannot control the behavior of those around us. And dealing with our emotions and feelings can be difficult when things get chaotic. It is essential to be mindful and gentle with our feelings and emotions.
Ephesians 4:26–27 (NCV)
26 When you are angry, do not sin, and stop being angry before the end of the day.
27 Do not give the devil a way to defeat you.
Lesson: It is normal to feel angry at times, but according to God's word, it is important to take a moment to reflect on our emotions, take a little time to center ourselves and reflect on our feelings before the day ends. In our anger, reflecting on our emotions helps prevent our anger from turning into sin.
