Hope Is Not Lost Until We Lose our Connection With God

Greetings to all, on this "hump" day Wednesday, let us thank God for His omnipresence, being everywhere and available for us at all times. Amen

When we think about the technology of today, It's easy to compare God to wi-fi. Wi-fi is everywhere, and we cannot see it. But we know when we don't have it, and we only get to see its results.

No matter what side we're on or whether we feel close to God or not, most of us hope for eternal life that requires connectivity and a password. Our password to connect to the Father is Jesus because He is the truth, the way, and the life.

1 John 5:11-12 (RSV)

11 And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

12 He who has the Son has life; he who has not the Son of God has not life.

The password to God is the only password that we are encouraged to write down. We are to write it on the tablets of our hearts and share it with everyone.

Lesson: Always remember that we can have a life of confidence, and our hope is not lost until we lose our connection with God. We may have to restart our connection/relationship with God on occasion, but the password remains the same (J.e.s.u.s). And that applies to everyone.
