Greetings to all; this Monday, as we begin this week, let us focus on the will of God and not what is temporary and passing away.
As believers, we have the incentive to be happy by serving God. Knowing that this earthly life is short and there is a danger of wasting time loving the ways and trappings of this world, let us prioritize what truly matters, such as relationships with others, our faith, and our personal growth.
1 John 2:17 (NCV)
17 The world and everything people want in it is passing away, but the person who does what God wants lives forever.
Lesson: Life on earth is brief, and being attached to this world is risky. However, we can find joy and fulfillment in this world by living by God's plan. We will serve God and others instead of being consumed by the fleeting things of this world.
