God Will Do Us Good

Greetings to all; on this "grateful" Thursday, in our prayers, let us remind God of His promises.

Although we serve a good God, we face many challenges as we navigate each day. However, as God's people, we have numerous promises of blessings. God is unwavering in His faithfulness and keeps His promises to do us good.

Genesis 32:12 (GW)

12 But you did say, 'I will make sure that you are prosperous and that your descendants will be as many as the grains of sand on the seashore. No one will be able to count them because there are so many.' "

Lesson: The above scripture is Jacob's sincere prayer for divine protection. It is a humble and deep prayer of necessity that reminds us that God will do us good. For us, too, it is acceptable to remind God of His promises, especially in times of uncertainty and when we face our worst fears.
