God Is Making Room For Our New

Greetings to all, thank God for this day. On this "grateful" Thursday, let us embrace this day with gratitude, thankfulness, and with God's grace so that we can move forward. Amen

What's normal and what's new? The word normal seems to be one of the past! We have the unexpected arrival of the COVID virus and the shameful and disgraceful political dysfunction that is affecting our nation to thank for the unwelcomed changes that seem to be taking over our lives.

The way we have known things may never be the same again, so we must make up our minds to embrace and accept that God is making room for our new. There will come a time when we will be able to settle our past and embrace our future with hope and expectancy.

Isaiah 65:17 (GW)

17 I will create a new heaven and a new earth. Past things will not be remembered. They will not come to mind.

There is no way around the things we see right now. God always allows humanity's true intentions to be seen so that those who truly love Him will not be misled.

Take a good look at the things that appear to be losses, whether from the virus's effects, dysfunctional politics, bad relationships, etc. God has a desire to guide us, so He will allow us to go through things to make room for our new.

We shouldn't get so caught up or try to hold on to the things in this old world.

Lesson: No matter what your beliefs are, this is a chaotic time that we are experiencing. It's also division, sin, and death, all the trappings of living in this fallen world at the hands of lost and fallen people calling the wrong right and right wrong.

With joy, we can look forward to God restoring this world because we have been given a vivid and clear description of the new heavens and the new earth, which will be eternal.

In them, none of the junk of this world, but genuine love, safety, and peace will be available to ALL.
