Follow Your Moral Compass

Greetings to all, as we began this new week's journey, let us look to God for His direction because He will never steer us wrong. Amen

As we journey and travel through our daily lives, the Bible is our road map, and the Holy Spirit will be our compass. Keeping in tune with our moral compass can be challenging, and without it, we can and will justify anything.

There is so much noise in our society today; it's hard to know which way is right, wrong, up or down. We shouldn't allow the ungodly and those in the world to chart our path; God asks that we listen to His voice!

Isaiah 30:21 (NLT2)

21 Your own ears will hear him. Right behind you, a voice will say, "This is the way you should go," whether to the right or to the left.

Proverbs 3:5-6 (MSG)

5 Trust GOD from the bottom of your heart; don't try to figure out everything on your own.

6 Listen for GOD's voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he's the one who will keep you on track.

Psalm 119:105-106 (TLB)

105 Your words are a flashlight to light the path ahead of me and keep me from stumbling.

106 I've said it once, and I'll say it again and again: I will obey these wonderful laws of yours.

Jeremiah 10:23-24 (TLB)

23 O Lord, I know it is not within the power of man to map his life and plan his course—

24 so you correct me, Lord; but please be gentle. Don't do it in your anger, for I would die.

Lesson: We must recognize ourselves as pilgrims, travelers here on earth who need to study God's map the (B.I.B.L.E) "basic instructions before leaving earth" to learn and know the way.

If we don't study and pay attention to the map, we will lose our way in and through life and risk missing our proper destination.
