Greetings to all; on this "hump" day Wednesday, let us navigate with the shared vision of the holiness of God sitting high and lifted.
As God's Temples, our greatest desire and effort should be to see and hear God as we live. Even though no one who lives today has visibly seen Him, God will see us through any day when we least expect it because He wants us to know Him better.
Isaiah 6:1 (MSG)
1 In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Master sitting on a throne—high, exalted!—and the train of his robes filled the Temple.
Lesson: From this account of Isaiah's vision, God's presence filled the Temple and flooded the room. This vision revealed to Isaiah the vast power and glory of God's presence. It also reminds us of the importance of opening ourselves to receive His power and presence just as He filled the Temple in Isaiah's vision.
