Greetings to all; as we progress through this week, may we seize the opportunities to serve and to live for God.
With each passing day and whatever season we face, we can lose or gain the ability to make a difference. Therefore, despite the pain, we must look past limits and boundaries to seize the moments we are given opportunities to live for and serve God.
1 Chronicles 4:9–10 (NCV)
9 There was a man named Jabez, who was respected more than his brothers. His mother named him Jabez because she said, "I was in much pain when I gave birth to him."
10 Jabez prayed to the God of Israel, "Please do good things for me and give me more land. Stay with me, and do not let anyone hurt me. Then I won't have any pain." And God did what Jabez had asked.
Lesson: Because some of our greatest opportunities and expanded territories are birthed through great pain, we should not complain but expect and trust God to do great things for us and through us.
