Everyday's Forecast

Greetings to all, let us thank God for the blessing of seeing another day and for the benefit of being our Healer, protector, and Provider. Let us pray for the health, safety, and comfort of those we love who have lost so much. Amen

Throughout God's word, we read that He sent many messages to the people through His prophets. Still today, His word continues to let us know what thus says the Lord. We see Promises, Promises of Blessings, and Judgements.

Hebrews 13:8 (AMP)

8 Jesus Christ (the Messiah) is [always] the same, yesterday, today, [yes] and forever (to the ages).

When God's people obeyed, there would be peace in the land. And if and when they disobeyed, there would be disaster and tragedy.

Haggai 1:10-11 (NLT2)

10 It's because of you that the heavens withhold the dew, and the earth produces no crops.

11 I have called for a drought on your fields and hills—a drought to wither the grain and grapes and olive trees and all your other crops, a drought to starve you and your livestock and to ruin everything you have worked so hard to get."

During these turbulent times, as we continue to go through this Coronavirus and the personal and other national predicaments that we are facing, it's hard to say where we are in time as it relates to what God is doing.

Ezekiel 34:26 (NLT2)

26 I will bless my people and their homes around my holy hill. And in the proper season, I will send the showers they need. There will be showers of blessing.

Leviticus 26:18-20 (AMP)

18 And if in spite of all this you still will not listen and be obedient to Me, then I will chastise and discipline you seven times more for your sins.

19 And I will break and humble your pride in your power, and I will make your heavens as iron [yielding no answer, no blessing, no rain] and your earth [as sterile] as brass.

20 And your strength shall be spent in vain, for your land shall not yield its increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruit.

Lesson: When tragedy or chaos impacts us, it's not always the result of sin and wrongdoings. We won't always know the reason.

The consequences of sin and wrongdoings will not always be clear or obvious either.

What is clear and obvious is the truth and the forecast that Our God is in total control, He Reigns, and the Son Shines.
