Greetings to all, as we begin this week, let us forget about our past worries and praise God for the ability to focus on the task at hand. Amen
Most of us know what we have to do, and that's all we focus on. It's known that we tend to think of things we didn't do or worry about things from the past. When, in fact, no one has it all together, and we all must focus on who we are and the task at hand.
According to Merriam-Webster dictionary, the definition of the task at hand is: "the work someone is doing now."
That someone is each of us, and we must know that we are somebody. Many times, God used people with imperfections, and He wants to use each of us. He has equipped us to achieve the impossible.
Philippians 4:13 (MSG)
13 Whatever I have, wherever I am, I can make it through anything in the One who makes me who I am.
Colossians 3:17 (MSG)
17 Let every detail in your lives—words, actions, whatever—be done in the name of the Master, Jesus, thanking God the Father every step of the way.
Lesson: Knowing our worth and who we are is demonstrated in how we carry ourselves and how we handle the task at hand. We shouldn't take on other people's stuff, and we must prioritize what God has destined for us to do.
