Do All Things Without Complaining

Greetings to all, let us thank God for this Monday morning. May each of us begin this week with a positive outlook knowing that complaining, grumbling, or whining won't change any situation's outcome. Amen

One of our most significant challenges is to do everything without grumbling or complaining. It's more comfortable and easier to think about and complain about the things that are not right than to think about the things that are right in our lives.

As children of God, we must realize that our complaints have deeper implications whether we are complaining about others, our circumstances, or our situations.

When we complain, it shows that we don't trust God, His sovereignty, and the plans that He has for our lives that will allow us to be in unhappy, uncomfortable situations and circumstances that we are complaining about.

Nothing happens in our lives that God isn't aware of; we know that all things work together for the good of those who love God (Romans 8:28).

God has promised never to leave us or forsake us, and He has the power to see us through every situation according to His purpose.

This week, let us strive to:

Philippians 2:14-15 (NLT2)

14 Do everything without complaining and arguing,

15 so that no one can criticize you. Live clean, innocent lives as children of God, shining like bright lights in a crooked world and perverse people.

Lesson: If we're going to be an effective witness of the power of God's word in this dark, crooked, and corrupt world, we must stop complaining and allow God to transform us into the stars that we are.

We must shine among our families, co-workers, neighbors, and all we encounter like the bright light God says we are.

"You are the light of the world (Matthew 5:14a)."
