Greetings to all; on this "grateful" Thursday, let us thank God for the divine appointments that bring us His blessings.
We all desire those we encounter to be positive addition and not bring struggles into our lives. Thank God for the divine appointments of those He sends with struggles that bring blessings into our lives.
Genesis 32:26–28 (GW)
26 Then the man said, "Let me go; it's almost dawn." But Jacob answered, "I won't let you go until you bless me."
27 So, the man asked him, "What's your name?" "Jacob," he answered.
28 The man said, "Your name will no longer be Jacob but Israel [He Struggles With God], because you have struggled with God and with men—and you have won."
Lesson: We never know the purpose of those who cross our paths. They have something we need, or we have something they need. Our divine appointments are our experiencing the work of God through others unexpectedly.
