Greetings to all, on this Tuesday, as we move forward and prepare for God's provisions, may our dependence on Him drive us closer to Him.
God desires that we be successful, but His first expectation of us is to live faithful and obedient lives. However, for some, it's only in times of desperation they want anything to do with God or His people.
Our blessings and successes may require us to put in some ditch-digging work upfront and behind the scenes. This work often shows our faithfulness.
2 Kings 3:16-18 (MSG)
16 He then said, "GOD's word: Dig ditches all over this valley.
17 Here's what will happen—you won't hear the wind, you won't see the rain, but this valley is going to fill up with water, and your army and your animals will drink their fill.
Lesson: Although God's promised blessings and ensured success is guaranteed, our success comes from our dependency on God and following His instructions as we prepare for the blessings.
