Greetings to all, on this "grateful" Thursday, let us thank God for always loving and being with us.
Every day is a day we can allow God to lavish His love on us because there are times when life will and can be challenging. We must never doubt God's love for us; He sent Jesus to die for us.
We will never be good in and of ourselves, but we must not give up, especially on ourselves, during dark times because God loves us and comforts us in our darkest times when we turn to Him.
Zephaniah 3:17a (RSV)
17 The LORD, your God, is in your midst, a warrior who gives victory;
Psalm 23:4 (NRSV)
4 Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I fear no evil; for you are with me; your rod and your staff—they comfort me.
Lesson: When everything seems to be against us, we are never alone. Even during our darkest and lowest times when we feel that no one else will be there for us, God promises to be with us.
