Greetings to all; as we progress through the week, let us consider how we respond.
Our witness and walk tell much about us as we live the Christian life. We are to be careful of how and what we communicate. Our speech should be filled with worthy and edifying words. They can reveal our inner strength and ability to keep the peace. Even when dealing with angry and disruptive people, we are responsible for how we respond.
Ephesians 4:29 (KJV)
29 Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is pleasing to the use of edifying may minister grace unto the hearers.
Lesson: We lessen the problem of speaking foolish and corrupt language when we are slow to speak. Let us use our communication to show grace and encourage others when responding.
