Alive Yet Dead

Writer's picture: NamieNamie

Greetings to all, let us set our faith into motion this Tuesday and show that it's real and genuine by our works and not words and looks.

Although many of us fight daily to live a life filled with faith and spiritual energy, we can sometimes find ourselves in a lifeless situation, doing nothing, dead on the inside, smiling on the outside, and looking put together with the appearance of life.

Revelation 3:1 (GW)

1 "To the messenger of the church in Sardis, write: The one who has God's seven spirits and the seven stars says: I know what you have done. You are known for being alive, but you are dead.

Lesson: To be considered spiritually alive, we must accept the spiritual things of God. May it never be said that we are alive yet dead, saying one thing and doing another or not doing anything. Being faithful along with works is not in what we say but in what we do.
